As much as we would prefer to hand print our own Nahoa swag, the printing press went overboard in the last storm. We’re also likely bobbing around in the middle of the ocean so the shipping time would be horrendous.
To remedy all this we have chosen a print fulfillment company that will create quality products and ship to you directly. Their shipping is a bunch faster (although we have heard it might still take up to 3 weeks or more depending on where you live).
We know you will love your swag but if you encounter a hiccup here’s the deal:
1. Send us an email here for any problem whatsoever. We will make it right!
2. If you’ve received a misprint, please forward us a pic within 3 weeks and will get a new one sent to you.
3. If your order says shipped but you have not received it, let us know.
4. Finally, since these are printed just for you at the time you place the order, we can’t offer exchanges on sizes.
