We’re in the swing of things after 2 1/2 weeks of vacation. Took a really long time to forget the work stress and the day to day life at home. The days are starting to blur together. Here’s some pics from a short day hike to a waterfall and also others from our motorbike trip.
This is how they dry and process the rice you buy back home. Might be a good idea to wash that rice before you cook it next time!

The farming families make their own coal, I assume to cook their food with. No idea how exactly this works, but here they were sorting a huge pile of coal.
Tarzan type vines hanging from the jungle canopy.
We stumbled into some loggers as they were hauling milled wood out of the forest. Much of our hike had these massive ruts in it. I couldn’t figure out why at first, but then it hit me. These are the exact width of the boards as they’re hauling out of the of the forest with Ox.
