Welcome. Welcome to our floating home! A 41 foot Lagoon 410 S2, built in 2005. She’s a comfortable ride. In the starboard (right) pontoon is the owners quarters. These consist of a bed, small office, bathroom with a shower. On the port (left) side is the guest accommodations; Aft we have a berth. Midships is a bathroom complete with toilet, sink and shower. Forward is another berth (currently used purely for storage).
We are very happy with her. She’s an owner’s version (three cabins instead of four). She boasts 41 feet. We’d been in the market for a Lagoon 380 and actually walked away with from one. Long story short, 15K is what broke the deal. That exact boat is still on the market at a reduced price. Now, you wouldn’t think 3’ makes a big difference, but it’s huge. Bigger kitchen. Much bigger cockpit. Much much wider in general.
What are our favourite bits? Asides from the owners setup, she has a water maker (turns salt water into fresh). That’s a big one when living off the grid in the salty blue pond. She came with a Parasailor which is a spinnaker of sorts. Her bones are in good shape. She came with a ton of gear; Life jackets, ropes, life raft, radar, tons of spare engine parts and more.
I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking….
