Sore muscles. Slightly sunburnt. Slightly hungover. That pretty much sums up this years shenanigans at Sheridan Lake. Not sure where the time went. Lots of laughter. Lots of water sports. Too much wine. Too much beer. A little Scotch. Too much family. Woops. Did I just say that? No, actually it was great to reconnect with everyone. It seems it only happens once a year.
The typical Sheridan Lake day goes something like this…
Roll out of the tent.
Stumble to the dock. Jump in. Maybe some soap.
Coffee. Usually a great breakfast.
Lounge. Coffee. Conversation.
Water Ski. Discus or Wakeboard.
The rest get’s fuzzy.
Generally, everyone stumbles to bed with a smile on their face and repeats it the very next day. There are just so many memories. Less so for me but more for Ashley.
