Nahoa gear is not a way for us to make money. We sell merchandise to spread smiles and keep dreams alive. Everything you order is printed on-demand. That means we can’t re-sell the item if you don’t like it or if it doesn’t fit. That said, here’s our policy:

  1. If it’s damaged or lost in transit, get in touch and we will follow up with the manufacturer and send you a new one.

  2. If there’s nothing wrong with the product but not what you expected, doesn’t fit or you don’t like the color. Get in touch and we will make it right. We kindly ask you to pass the returns onto someone that can make use of them. Go out and make someones day. We’ll issue a refund or send you new item.

  3. If you’re at all dissatisfied, get in touch. We will make it right.
